Skyrocketed on all the magazine covers of the world, the kelly bag of Hermes knew the success when it has been paparazzied on the new bumpy belly of Grace Kelly in 1954. During the 20 next years, all the women wanted to buy “the bag of Grace Kelly”. So much that Hermes finally decided to rename there bag for “Kelly”. This was the start of the story we all know.
This bag, defined as “simple and perfectly made”, exist with many combination of leather (around 20). Created in eight differents size from 15 to 50cm, the “Kelly” bag of Hermes need around 20 hours to be made, by one uniq and only craftman. As a result, it is considered as the “classical bag” of Hermes.
